Token Generation Event(TGE)

Ethereum has become a token platform of choice. Synthium Tokens will be released based on the ERC20 functionality. Symbol for the token will be SHP. A total of 1 billion Tokens will be created, priced at $0.65 each and 15% of which will be reserved for the option pool to be used for rewarding current and future employees as well as business advisors. These tokens cannot be sold within the next twelve-month period. No new tokens will be created after Token Generation Event (hereinafter TGE). Token sales will be stopped after raising $100 million or at the end of TGE period, whichever comes first.
